Customer Surveys and ROI code?
Hi all!
Shopping.com, shopzilla, pricegrabber.com, etc, etc. all have a "Survey Form" that you can put into the check-out success page as well as ROI code. I'm not a big fan of the surveys in general but from the way I understand it your customer satisfaction rank is based on the responses from the surveys.
My question: Is there a way to have only the survey pop up for the referring website and not all of them.
And with the ROI code, won't the same information get sent to each site if more than one ROI code is present? Would it require a lot of coding to distinguish each referring website or is it just not worth it?
Any thoughts on the surveys/roi code is appreciated. :yes:
