order email formatting

Hi-

Searched around again, after the post ran cold...

Nothing on this.

Have now experienced the order emails coming in as double-spaced. It only seems to happen with Outlook Express. Which, would lead me to believe that the problem is there, but - nothing is working to get the email trimmed down (last one went a couple of pages for one item).

Is there a file where I can edit and pull it all together to get rid of the line break issue?

Or is this something Outlook-specific?

is it "only" order emails?
are they HTML or plain-text?

The emails are generated via script, and not contained in a single file. However, the HTML-formatted emails are built from a template... they are all stored in the /email folder on your site. Perhaps you have a bad template file?
