New Products Title Bar Change

How do you change the text in the middle NEW PRODUCTS FOR AUGUST box to read something different?
It's the box right in the middle of my main page at http://www.scribblescrap.com/cart

Thanks,

Re: New Products Title Bar Change

I would like it to read Have you seen.... or even possible have no title

I want to use the box because of the way it rotates the products but I don't want it to read New Products for August.

Thanks
