Header_bg.jpg not showing at true size

I apoligise in advance for what may seem like a newbish question but I've searched in the faq and used the devlopers tools in my admin area with no sucess.

I've installed at https://www.populuxebooks.com and can not get the header_bg.jpg to show at it's correct size. You can see the entire view of the file at http://www.populuxebooks.com/includes/templates/classic/images/header_bg.jpg

I'm using the most current download of zencart and modding the classic template.

Any help pointing me at the correct file to mod would be appreciated.

Add the height into this section, like this:> TABLE.header {

background-image: url(http://www.populuxebooks.com/includes/templates/classic/images/header_bg.jpg%29;
background-repeat: repeat-x;
background-color: #ffffff;
border-right: 1px solid #9a9a9a;
border-left: 1px solid #9a9a9a;
border-bottom: 1px solid #9a9a9a;
height: 290px;
}

How do I modify the height in the Red Passions Template?

Hi,

I'm trying to use the Red Passions Template for my ZenCart but I want to modify the height. What I need is the upper section needs to be smaller. So that there is not all that blank space below the logo and the home, login buttons.

See this link for an example. I tried to modify the CSS but I can't figure it out to make it work.

No, it's not online yet. Do I need to modify the stylesheet.css and if so what do I need to modify? Or is there another file I need to modify?

I tried a whole bunch of things with no results, none that I want at least.

Did you attempt to change the logoWrapper height in the stylesheet? This is what the default is set at for the red passion template:

#logoWrapper {
background-color: transparent;
height:282px;
}

Change it to your logo's height.

The easiest way to determine what needs to be changed in the stylesheet is to view the source of your site. You can look where the logo HTML is, and see that there is a <div id="logoWrapper"> and a <div id="logo"> near the logo, then find that div in the css to adjust.

AhA!

Open up includes/languages/english/YOUR_TEMPLATE/header.php and change the height there.

You are a ZenMaster!

Here is the final solution:

I created this folder (copied an existing one)
I did not modify anything there because it had
no impact.

includes/languages/english/YOUR_TEMPLATE/header.php

Then I changed the height in:

/Library/WebServer/Documents/batterywh/includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/css/stylesheet.css

#logoWrapper {
background-color: transparent;
height:145px;
}

Once I'm done doing my modifications I will create a new
template with this called oCanada or something like that.
I have a couple of other changes I want to do to it first.
