Add options in customer sign up

When a customer registers, I want to have an additional check box for them to "opt in" to our Email Bargain Club. The Club requires their shoe size, so there needs to be a box to enter that too.

Items available to the club members will be in a separate category/product listing. I would like to be able to do a customer sort by size to send email notifications to just those customers.

Is what I want to do possible?

If so, what files would I need to modify?

Searching through the forums didn't bring up anything I recognized as pertinent to what I want to do, so I apologize if this has been covered.

Huh? Can you please explain further?

Being new to ZenCart I'm afraid this isn't enough information for me to follow. Could you please give more information?

I do appreciate at least knowing what I want to do is possible.
