Move Products to Different Category

As I continue to add products (from various manufacturers' print catalogs), I see that I would like to split some of my main categories. If I do that, the products already entered under the higher level category would need to be moved to the new subcategory. Is there a quick way to do that? I don't see one in Catalog Admin.

I'm using ZC 1.3.0 at the moment (planning to upgrade).

Thanks,
Oregon Sue

Thank you! I wasn't sure what the EZ Populate was or whether it applied to my situation. I really appreciate your quick response.
