Downloads gets cut off

I managed to make the download section work ... sort of. When I was testing it, the download link worked but somewhere in the middle an error occured and the download process stopped. The file size was only 2.5 MB. Has anyone experienced this kind of problem?:shocking:

Check to see what your limits are with your hosting site on downloads ...

You could also try Admin->Configuration->Attribute Settings->Download by Streaming ... and set it to true.

I tried the above procedure but the downloads still get cut off. I've asked my webhost what the download limits they allow. Is it possible for Zen Cart to have a resume download function? I noticed that it does not resume the partially downloaded file I got when testing it when the download was cut off. :down:

There is not a resume on the downloads with Zen Cart ...

Either it works or it doesn't ...

Speak to your host about increasing it settings related to downloads for the size of your files ...
