Changing stock Zen image in html e-mail header help

Hi Guys,
I am trying to send e-mails to customers from my admin, but when I do there is a 'Zen' logo in the top of the e-mail (in html mode) and the Zen in the footer. how do I go about changing this to the logo of my company and adding our contact details in the footer?? any help would be great.

Ok, I have replaced the image in email/header.jpg to my own but I am still receiving the Zen cart e-mail header ? what else do I need to do ?

That would suggest a caching issue on your PC....

If you go to https://www.yourdomain.com/email/header.jpg .... what do you see?

I just went to my domain as you said it it worked. So should I clear the cach on my PC to get it to work in my e-mail ??

Do you know how to edit the footer of the e-mail which has the zencart contact info and change this to my contact info ?

The cache of your email software is what's showing the old image. It can be elusive to clear. Sometimes restarting the program or computer is all that's needed.

For fixing footers, simply search for the content and change it:

One other question, how do I go about setting a background colour for the e-mail in the boxed area ? so it all matches my site ?

You'll have to edit the styles in the top of each of the email_xxxxxxx_template.html files to suit your preferences.

would you be kind enought to list all the files related to the layout of HTML email? I need to make a lot of changes as a last step before launching this project. If this already exists on the forum, I apologize, but i can seem to find it.
