Changing the amount of products displayed inside a Cat

Hoping someone can point me towards the config option in the admin side as to where I can change the number of products that displayed inside a category before it splits onto a second page.

Example: http://www.hollywoodrocks.co.uk/zen/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=1_20

This link currently shows 9 of 14 and I want to change that.
