Help with Dreamscape/DrByte Ultimate SEO URLs

I just downloaded the Dreamscape/DrByte Ultimate SEO URLs and installed them as said in the instructions, but now I can not not access my /admin folder and Image Handler does not seem to work.

Has anyone else seen this problem???
