Go to Admin > Configuration > My Store > Show Category Counts (set it to false)

While I was at your site, you might want to expand the manufacturers list. Go to admin > maximum values > increase scrollbox size on manufacturers list scrollbox size to a higher number

I see everybody try to remove category counts from the sidebox.
can somebody help me to add the category count in flyout template. in admin-->cofiguration-->my store-->show category count to true
in the webpages, I can not see the numbers of products as in default one we can see it.
in which files do I changeor add something, ?
