i receive the error message please help

dear i receive the following error message i installed zen cart and when i want to go to the shop itself the following message appear please help i an\m completly new with zen cart

I suspect your FTP program didn't upload this file properly:
includes/modules/meta_tags.php

Try re-uploading it.
