Displaying text about category & products

when i start a category it asks me for text and an image. this appears when you view it with no products, BUT when i add a product the text dis-appears (where did it go?). Can I have it so text is there with products underneath? Sorry if this a simple problem, dont worry i got plenty more where this came from..

all the orchard categories have text and images about the category (like second orchard) but it magically disappears then a product is added, a link going nowhere appears above product but WHERE DIT GO??

All the orchards have 1 product so they skip the listing and go to the product_info page ...

Add a second product to the Category:
The Zodiac Orchard (categories_id 13)

Thanks for that, you were right, i added another product and the disappearing text appeared.

If i wanted to have just one product though, could i have text/images then the one product which the text was about?

You could turn off the setting to automatically go to the product _info page when there is only 1 product in a category ...

But why you only want 1 product in a category is kinda odd ... :unsure:
