I am wondering when the wishlst is going to be implemented .... or is it availale already? I am on 1.3.0.1

Note: the current version is Zen Cart v1.3.0.2 ... consider upgrading to it ...

The wishlist is on the list for a future release ... it is not in v1.3.0.2 ...
