swicth the page title around

the page title at the moment goes page heading - site title. I would like to have it the other way around. You can see what i mean http://www.rosashoes.co.uk For instance on the contact page the <title> is "contact us :: rosa shoes" I want it to be rosa shoes :: contact us

I mean the meta tag title. I also want this for all pages the contact us was just an example. The actual browser window title is always the section of the shop followed by the shops title, anyway to swicth this around?
