getting rid of link

on my site http://www.themadpricer.com there is a link about "Valid XHTML 1.0 Transitional" how do i get rid of that.

DrByte pointed another person to this file. It worked for me.
includes/templates/YOURTEMPLATE/common/tpl_main_page.php

Just remove the paragraph that contains it.
