shopping cart sidebox?

is there and option somewhere to set whether you want the shopping cart sidebox to show when there are no items in it? Currently mine is only showing when there are items in it and not when it is empty. I would like it to show even when empty.

Re: shopping cart sidebox?

Admin->Configuration->Layout Settings->Shopping Cart Box Status ... set it to 0
