Two "Per Item" modules

Hello All
i need to define shipping module for the following data :

Zone : Western Europe ( I defined it)

  1. Airmail Delivery Rates :
    Per Delivery : 4.98
    Per Item : 0.99

  2. Courier Delivery Rates :
    Per Delivery : 19.98
    Per Item : 2.99

I set up the first one with the "Per Item" shipping module.

How can I define the second one ?

Perhaps by duplicating the "Per Item" shipping module ? How ?
