Easy or elusive, moving box up on page

Hi,
I have been able to incorporate the attributes to the buy now box and it worked out. After rearranging tons of snippets in the css and the tpl_product_info_display.php pages, I have not been able to get that attributes/buy box moved up on the page as it leaves too much whitespace from below the product description. Am I trying to edit the wrong page? Here is an image to help explain what I'm trying to acheive.

Once I get this figured out, I need to try to clean up that attributes/buy box as it's too "clunky". Gotta figure out how to make it sleeker. Any suggestions there are welcome too.

put it inside the same Break as the attribute code

Thanks for the response. But, I'm not seeing how that works (I tried it). I'm wanting to move the entire pink box (attributes/buy now button, etc) up to that white space.

Make sense?
