sql_1199_0.MYI ERRCODE : 13

My shop is down. I am getting the following message.

1 can not read or write to file '/tmp/#sql_1199_0.MYI ERRCODE : 13. I went to sql control panel and clicked on the "Repair" database button but the shop is still down. Please help.

Who is your host? Have you notified them?
