Zen Cart version for switching host

If my cart is upgraded before from 1.3.0.1 to 1.3.0.2, do I use a "fresh 1.3.0.2" to install in new host and then follow the instruction of switching host in FAQ?

make life easier,
Use a host that will Migrate your Zen Cart site for you.

but Yes you would use a fresh install of 1.3.0.2 and then follow the directions
