One warning/error with installation

Hello!
As you can see by going here: http://www.heli-heli.com/heli-store/ I have installed the default version and default cart on my site... so far so good, just one problem, right on top it says:

Warning Warning: I am able to write to the configuration file: /home/heliheli/public_html/heli-store/includes/configure.php. This is a potential security risk - please set the right user permissions on this file (read-only, CHMOD 644 or 444 are typical).

I have set it at 644 and it shows that... i tried changing it to 444 but when i do that, it automatically changes to 644 (meaning that it is not allowing me to change to 444) what do i do?

Is ZC not suitable for me?

Some hosting sites do not give you full control of your site via FTP ...

See if you cannot change the value to 444 in your Control Panel for your site ...

NOTE: once set to 444 to overwrite the file in the future, you will most likely need to change it to 644 ...

Funny....I had this exact same problem today with my host. Per Ajeh's advice I went into cpanel and changed permissions. It didn't work the first time or two that I tried it in cpanel, but eventually it did.
