Category Groups Sidebox - downloadable
I updated the old 1.2.5 zencart version, this contribution works on 1.3.0xx

Similar to a standard categories sidebox, this one displays each category under a particular group heading. Icons/pic are used instead of '|_' for the subcategory displays
Each group and its text heading are created manually in Admin, under | extras | category groups.
Since the add-on only replaces the three default sideboxes templates (for reasons not connected with this add on directly) it is a relatively 'simple' install.
One override file is used.
To install
-apply the admin sql patch after a database backup,
-upload the add-on's catalog fileset,
-turn on the new categories groups sidebox,
-create a group or two, and place the categories in the groups you create.
-Sort the css file out later, to your liking.
With the 125 version there were a few people had probs in Admin with the groups administration, something I never sorted out. If similar happens with this add on, let me know.
Regard the contribution as slightly experimental, there may be admin settings possible in zc 1.3 that I don't yet know of. It appears to work ok on my test 1.3 cart see

You may not need the optional icon next to the product counts, its easily switched off by css settings. The product count () thing may be a bit intrusive as well..
