ups next day and 2nd day air charges

we are using table rates shipping and want to add next day and second day air if a customer wants this service.

We are able to do this at the product level with attributes, however, we are lookiing for a way to do this at the order level.

Find the multiple table mutiple zone (MZMT) module and install it.
