User Tracking - Do I need to be concerned?

Hi folks
I am getting my partners zencart build ready and have noticed loads of the following when i look at the User Tracking module that I have installed.
Host: notify.paypal.com
Originating URL: /store/index.php?main_page=checkout_process
Should i be concerned with this as its the only page being viewed and always by the same host/ip etc?

this is paypal auto returning to your site.
check the time against test transactions made through paypal

Hi thanks for the reply - I have no test/transactions being made at these times the records only show the following page as being accessed.

/store/index.php?main_page=checkout_process

What should the Paypal live processing address be in the module - currently I have the following

that address is fine.

Paypal's servers will attempt to talk to yours if they have a payment notification that hasn't yet been acknowledged by your server. They attempt this for up to 48 hours periodically, and then they will give up.
