Error during checkout...

I can see a customer using tools->whos online checking out and receiving this error:

/index.php?main_page=checkout_payment&credit_class_error_code=ot_coupon&credit_class_error=Invalid+Coupon+Code

Is it an incorrect coupon code?

That is what it looks like to me ...

Either they typed it in wrong, or have used it already, or something of that nature ...

Forget it, I've answered my own question! It was a coupon code error. The customer inserted comments in the order. He was trying to use a code that someone had given him for the website of the manufacturer of the product, not a code for my store...

We do try to be fast ... and sometimes the 1-5 minute responses are pretty nice ... :smartass:

On occaision you will get those slow ones ... :cry:
