Floating buttons and Cart box?

Can someone tell me how to control the position of the buttons and 'Add To Cart' box? They appear to be floating layers and are overlapping. Can I give them specific positioning and place them exactly where I want?

Anything can be done, but how depends on what you want and the version you are using. As you did not state this nor precisely what buttons on what displays a generic answer is about all that can be supplied.

Can someone point me in the right direction so I can figure out how to place the Tell A Friend, Write A Review and the Add To Cart box and its contents.
