Test emails for purchases showing this subject line SPAM

I have a strange problem. Order confirmations sent to the test address show any order as

SPAM:: Order Confirmation No:

Any email that is sent except for orders shows up as being ok. It is only the order confirmations, orders, or gift certificates that show up with this subject line.

Re: Test emails for purchases showing this subject line SPAM

That is your spamblocker (whatever it might be) flagging them as spam, this is not something that Zen does.

Re: Test emails for purchases showing this subject line SPAM

What is your setting for "Email Transport method" in Admin->Configuration->Email Options ?

If it's sendmail, try sendmail -f
If it's SMTP, try SMTPAUTH

Further, if you can look at the "spam" emails and view the raw header details, your ISP should have information in there about spam "risk" ratings .... all the details of that information would be helpful to assess what may have caused the messages to be treated as if they were possible spam.

Often if subject lines contain only UPPERCASE LETTERS they may be flagged as possible spam ... such as how the Admin "extra" emails are sent ... the subject line is prefixed with [SOME UPPERCASE TEXT]. You can edit this information in the various language files if it's the admin-copies that are showing as spam and not the customer's copy.
