Change setting, but not globally

As I've yet to make coffee this morning, I'll use pictures rather than words to (hopefully) explain my question clearly.

As you'll see if you visit this link, there are 5 products per page. What I'd like to do is turn OFF the "Add to Cart" option on this page, and all of these multiple-product pages, forcing the customer to enter each individual page. Of course I DON'T want to turn off the "Add to Cart" elsewhere.

I assume there is a setting for this, but I'm unable to figure out which one it is.

Thanks for your reply - What I needed to change was "Display Product Add To Cart Button" in Admin/Configuration/Product Listing.

You're welcome, I'm glad you found what you were looking for. I thought that was a great guide to go through, in case you wanted to also switch off the same for the New and Featured product sidebox links.
