Gift Certificate error, help needed please

Good Evening,

I am just testing a few things on my site, and purchased a gift certificate using the money order/chq option.

I recieved the normal order confirmation, but thats it, I tried to look at a few threads here to see if I could find out why it is not appearing in admin>gift certificate/coupons>gift certificate queue but couldnt find an answer.

Also when I click on admin>gift certificate/coupons>mail gift certificate I get the following error.

Send Gift Certificate To Customers

1146 Table 'web24-newshop.query_builder' doesn't exist
in:
[select query_name, query_string from query_builder where query_category like '%email%']
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

Am I supposed to receive a code of some sort for the customer?

Any ideas please anyone?

A little update,

I checked the email address that the GV was purchased by, and it was there, and when I logged back in, I was able to send it on ok, lets just hope it is recieved ok aswell.

(It was recieved ok)

The error message is still there in admin>gift certificate/coupons>mail gift certificate though :cry:
