%00 Internal server error when adding music clip

Has anyone gotten this error when trying to add a Media clip at Admin>extras>Media Manager?

"Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

I reset permission on public html/catalog/ to 777, prior to attempting an upload.
I'm using the latest version of ZenCart.

Any suggestions? Thank u

Otherwise, what are the most recent 20 lines in your server's "errorlog" just after this happens?
