Fatal error: Call to undefined function: zen_get_sources_name() in /home/paperzom/pub

Im getting a weird error when I click on Customers:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: zen_get_sources_name() in /home/paperzom/public_html/admin/customers.php on line 1055

Here is line 1055:

  $entry_referral = zen_get_sources_name($source->fields['customers_info_source_id'], $customers->fields['customers_id']);

sounds like you are missing one of the extra_functions files for your addon-mod for "referral sources"

Nope ): I just reuploaded all the files for the how did you hear about us and i still get the same error

Is there an /admin/includes/functions/extra_functions/referral_functions.php file in that contribution?
If not, then you got a bad download.
Otherwise your FTP program failed to upload it properly.

and i reinstalled it and now, when you click on login:
