free shipping based on delivery address

Is there anyway to include a free shipping option in the module that offers it based on delivery address? Right now the options are price, weight and quantity.

Re: free shipping based on delivery address

You could look at the Free Shipping Options freeoptions Shipping Module and set to Total >= 0 and set a Zone for those who are allowed to see it ...
