Surely there is a module to move the order info from ZenCart and
interface directly with https://www.UPS.com or UPS worldship program
so us large users (ie: or lazy) dont have to re-type it
all - just export the order over to ups.com website or Worldship
and make any corrections?

That data is there -- just needs program to conveniently export!

Also,
we are using the UPS and USPS tracking info for orders,
and it is amazing - saves alot of phone calls!

I am doing it, but you have to do some mapping inside worldship first. You also need to have zencart calculating your product weights for you. I modified super_batch_forms.php to create a csv file with the values in it. I download and import that file into worldship. At end of day, I export the tracking numbers keyed to the order numbers from worldship into another csv file which I upload to zencart and then run a custom script on to update all the order statuses to shipped and send an email with the tracking number to each customer. I'm running zencart 1.2.6 right now. If you want to fiddle with the code and your worldship to get it to work, I can email you what I am using.
