Can a BTS Template Easily be converted?

I am currently running an OSCMax cart, and would like to move over to ZenCart, but have a BTS template that I am using on the OSCMax cart that I really like (also purchased it, so would like to still use it). I would like to know if this can be converted to work on the ZenCart. Any info would be appreciated.

Almost everything is posible with ZC but if you are asking that if you can upload that template to the system and "viola" will work.... the answer is NO. It will take some work and time but it's posible.

Everyone always suggest (even upgrading from 1.2+ to 1.3+ to start on 0 to build/convert your template), and it's the same I suggest on this situation.
