[Done 1.3.6] 1.3.5 - Newsletter and Email Details not retained

creating a new account
selected HTML for Newsletter and Email Details
Click submit (with something in the form not correctly completed)
Page reloads and the HTML value has reset back to the default of Text only.

This is my first bug report... I hope it is in a format that is acceptable. Please let me know if I should be more or less detailed and what factors are important.

Yes. This does appear to be a problem. But I can only reproduce it with javascript turned off.

Could you clarify whether your have javascript on or off and which browser you are using. Also, have you changed any Admin settings that affect the fields displayed on this page. I want to ensure that I'm not missing anything.

(BTW - this appears to be a problem in earlier versions of Zen Cart too)

running IE 6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2_gdr.050301-1519
no settings were changed from fresh install.
