authorize.net and refunds...

Ok I understand Zen does not do return orders. But when using Authorize.net it requires me to enter a credit card number in the return. Does anyone know how to get this number from zen?

If you are using the more recent version of the authorize.net AIM module, you'll find that the Order Comments contains the AIM transaction ID and authorization code. You should be able to use this information in order to process the refund for the specific order.

Thats what I thought too, unfortunately it is asking me for the credit card number and expiration date as a required field :(

Are you refunding a specific transaction, or just creating a new unrelated refund?

If you click through to the actual transaction, you should be able to do the refund from within the transaction itself.

I'm sure you've figured it out by now, but if you haven't, you only need the minimum information of Ref Transaction Id, the last four digits of the credit card number and the amount to credit a transaction.
