Turn off Welcome Coupon

I set up a welcome discount coupon and it worked great. However, the coupon has expired and it is still being sent out to new customers. How do I set Zen Cart to stop sending the coupon without getting rid of the coupon altogether? Using ver. 1.2.6d.
