Resize Image for Zoom on IH2

Hello everyone,

Does anyone know how I would go about resizing the zoom image when using IH2?

When hovering over any 'small' image on my website the zoom does not make it that much bigger...

Well, the quick and dirty...... with image handler install we uploaded our product images in the large version that we wanted and let image handler do the work. go to configuration>images and all of the image handler settings should be on the lower half of the page. make sure IH resize images is set to yes and you can set the rest of the settings there. If your images are small to begin with though they may not look so good blown up. Go see our site and see how it worked for us:yes:

Did you check out my site? When hovering over images that are in the "featured" or "new products" sideboxes.. the image 'zoom' does not actually zoom it that much bigger than what the actual 'small' or 'thumbnail' image is.
(in IH there is small, medium, large images)

Basically what i am saying is that the zoom feature on IH is pointless at this point.

Is there a way to resize the actual 'zoomed' image?? Or maybe have the zoom use a larger image.

I'm trying to figure this out myself and i've been nosing around in the admin settings for days and searching help threads... So, to clarify, where can i set the zoom dimensions for the mouse-over image size?

Hopefully someone will see my response regardless of the fact that this original post is from a little while back..

Chris, try resizing the Product Info Image to a bigger size, the zoom image will automatically resize to a bigger image too (the zoom image size = the product info size).

I just installed IH2 and get this in the cart:

Warning: imagedestroy(): supplied argument is not a valid Image resource in /home/content/p/i/p/pipsmker/html/includes/classes/bmz_image_handler.class.php on line 531

Chris, try resizing the Product Info Image to a bigger size, the zoom image will automatically resize to a bigger image too (the zoom image size = the product info size).

2.) I can't get the zoom feature to work. I can see the "+" symbol on all pics at the bottom right corner, but when I hover over it nothing happens. The only behaivor that works is the oncllick for the pop-up window.

You read the manual, right?
Just one line near the bottom so people tend to miss it...
To save time I'll post it up.
"Note: Zooming in on medium images is not implemented, yet."

As you can telll by the time stamp of my posting, I am working very late (trying to make IH2 work on my store. I posted for help on the forum link you send me, but no one has responded.

If you could shed some light into the possible cause of my problem, I would greatly appreciated. The main reason for IH2 is the client wants to watermark his photos to discourage stealing them and he wants it done automatically when he uploads the pics

I need to hand this to him working by the weekend. Please help me.

If I seem desperate, it is because I am.

Hi am having this same problem none of the images are watermarked when clicked on, the small images and medium images are watermarked but the large ones are not, did you ever fix this problem??? please let me know thanks
