Switch explorer window title around

How would i go about switching the explorer window title around, at the moment it goes the section of the shop followed by the shops name

eg.

Contact Us: YOUR SHOP NAME, tagline

Would like it to be

YOUR SHOP NAME, tagline :: Contact Us

A large number of rather complicated coding changes will be required to do this:
/includes/modules/YOURTEMPLATE/metatags.php
