another duplicate url when logging in/out

So, I feel terrible posting when this has been covered before, but I'm helping a buddy set up a storefront for his business and right off the bat I'm having problems. When I mouse over the 'log in' or 'my account' links, I get "http://www.parts.allwheelsdriven.nethttps://www.parts.allwheelsdriven.net/index.php?main_page=account" rather than "http://www.parts.allwheelsdriven.net/index.php?main_page=login" He doesn't currently have a secure site, and I selected the option during installation that indicated that I wasn't using ssl. If anyone could take a peek, here's my admin/includes/configure.php:
