changing format of category page

the default dispalys
name and then the name under Product Image and the image and price adn the price and then the add to cart button --

I want fomat this to just show the image with teh name under it, then price under that and then add to cart button -- where do I make these changes?

Start in the Admin> Configuration> Product Listing

which setting? I don't see any that do what i need.
(showing 3 on a page and changing the way it's outputted)
