meta tag title duplicated

ive ended up with my <title> text being duplicated in the the er title

so for example in the title i have

<title>How It Works : Slingboxhosting.co.uk - Watch your Sky TV from anywhere, Slingboxhosting.co.uk - Watch your Sky TV from anywhere</title>

(sorry not trying to plugg it ;))
