Suddenly can't upload images

I've been using Zencart now for over 6 months. I have managed to upload images via the admin system without any problems what-so-ever. Today when i tried to add a new product image, the following error appeared:

Warning: move_uploaded_file(D:/inetpub/irishsurfculture.com/public/zen/images/M-06-08b.gif) [function.move-uploaded-file]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in D:\inetpub\irishsurfculture.com\public\zen\admin\includes\classes\upload.php on line 112

Warning: move_uploaded_file() [function.move-uploaded-file]: Unable to move 'C:\PHP\uploadtemp\php23.tmp' to 'D:/inetpub/irishsurfculture.com/public/zen/images/M-06-08b.gif' in D:\inetpub\irishsurfculture.com\public\zen\admin\includes\classes\upload.php on line 112

All the text and attributes for the product worked, however it did not upload the image. I haven't changed any settings so i can't figure out why all of a sudden this has happened.

Anyone who can help please??

Are you out of disk space?

This indicates that the permissions on your zen/images folder are not set properly. You need to set full rights for the Internet Guest Account user for that folder

Thanks for your message DrByte. I have been using and uploading successfully onto ZenCart for the past 6 months or so. I haven't changed any settings, so how can the permissions have been changed? Where can i check or change these settings to 'full rights'?
