Let customers see order history..?

Hi, any help on this topic would be greatly appreciated.

Is there a way for a customer to see their previous orders (what they ordered, totals, etc., basically online invoices)?

Another thing is, I sell my products, and my customers place orders fine, but there are times when I add an additional SERVICE to an order that can't be generalized as as something that can be added to the cart.

What I would need to do is allow the customers to place their orders, enable them to view these orders when they log in to their account.

I would like to know if its possible to "edit" the database where these orders are stored (if it exists, ofcourse), so i can manually add the services which were purchased, but not able to be added to the cart...

The only alternative to this I was thinking of would be creating my own database and php sheet, a page that shows these "invoices", and place it somewhere where it can be accessed when they log into their account...

Have you set up a store and made an account, placed an order and then looked in the My Account area?

Anything anyone sells can be added to a cart. Even FREE goods. If the price of the item you sell depends on the service that the customer wants with that you can add attributes to the product.

Play in the test store with the sample data selected at install. You will learn a lot this way. I believe you will be pleasantly surprised when you see what can be done using the ZENCART.
