How to find customer passwords

I thought I could do this in the admin but i cant. is there a place to see it ??
i already did a search on here for this topic but had no luck .
also zen is not sending new password emails either where do i see what is going on there??

You can find them in your customers table using myphpadmin or similar to look at your database.

now how do i figure out why they are not getting emails sent to them when they request a password?
