When the customer receives the back order warning during checkout the order status would be stored as "back order"
Problem:
Billing collects funds, Shipping tries to ship but is out of stock.
Business:
This would stop the billing dept. from collecting funds while order is on back order status. Which would keep the shipping dept. happy.
Ok, so I am billing and shipping at the moment. But not forever.
