Give Free Ship but not activated.

I did an upgrade and now I'm having shipping problems. It's giving free ship ( and I don't want this) for orders over $100.00 but the Free Shipping Options are uninstalled. I can't figure it out!

Peek in the Modules ... Order Totals ... Shipping ...

You most likely have set Free Shipping on Orders over XXX.XX

I checked that already, nothing is installed but flat rate.

Carefully follow the bouncing ball ...

Admin ...

Modules ...

Order Totals ...

Click on the Order Total Module that reads: Shipping

There are settings there for:

Order Shipping Cost

This module is installed
true

Sort Order
200

Allow Free Shipping
false

Free Shipping For Orders Over
$50.00

Provide Free Shipping For Orders Made
