I would LOVE to see a single page checkout module. Or even better, that option out of the box.

If you support PayPal you might be interested in Zen Cart 1.37 support for PayPal "Express Checkout". Read the Zen Cart 1.37 version announcement here: http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?t=54615

And you maybe interested Google Checkout as well.

Neither are necessarily the single page checkout you are looking for but they come close(r).
