Deleting Multiple Cat's/Prod's Simultaneously

Hello, I am just in the process of using Easy Populate to upload multiple categories/products simultaneously. During this process I accidentally added a sub-category in the every different category I created. Is there a way to simultaneously delete multiple categories/products to save the time required to use the admin panel for this? Thanks for all your help in advance! Take care.
